The latest edition of On Topic focuses on resources that will help you create an ideal environment for fostering innovation with your team. When fostering innovation, a one-size-fits-all solution doesn’t usually work. Each office is different, and every individual adds their own team dynamic, creating a unique situation that doesn’t fit into a cookie-cutter solution. Breaking down innovation into different conditions or components can lead to a better understanding of which aspects are more important for the team and which ones lead to better outcomes. Developing an environment where teams feel safe and supported and get the feedback they need takes time, and is a constant dialogue. Use the resources in this edition to boost the conversation and get your team to foster an innovative environment.
